I received excellent customer service and they helped me take the stress of doing these all on my own. It felt like they were with me on the journey helping and supporting me without judgment.

Strongly advise you to chose another service or simply do it yourself, you’ll save thousands of dollars and hours of hassle dealing with their incompetent employees. They lied countless times and charged me way more than promised, delay after delay and lie after lie and awful customer service. Strong don’t recommend.

It finally came!! Took almost 3 years (backlog in the Government) but definitely worth it. Easy people to deal with and you do have to consider it an investment for the cost of it.

Customer service was terrible. Couldnt get an answer before stoping paiements. Had issues with getting required paper work. Nothing was done in almost a year. You are not gonna get your money back even if they have done close to nothing with your file. Would definetly not recommend

Took 2.5 years from start to finish but just because the government takes so long to process. They were helpful in completing the process. Got exactly what I wanted. But start early and have lots of time and patience.

Took 3 years could of been bit faster but finally got approved Did everything professionally

Amazing service with courteous and professional officers who know what they’re doing. It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for. I paid for the best and I got it. End result was they made it a fast, easy, efficient process. I feel like a weight has been lifted! Thank you PAC!

was a smooth process with the communication and the check-ups on the application process from the representatives but the issue was that the entire application just took too long nearly 2 years to get through and get the approval

This is a huge BUYER beware due to hidden cots and timelines and professionalism .I hired this company in March 2022 as they advertise waivers in up to 10 months . This is not the case. Well it prob is. But this company sat on my file for 6 important months doing nothing for me. All the work that they did which I could have done on my own took 2 months. They happy to take your calls to start with but then once they are paid they ghost you. Your only able to make a 10 min phone allotment with them. Very hard to book times as they are always full. I would think talking to them would be east since I paid over $1200 ( they advertise at $960. But then there is an EXTRA cost for them to file it for you. And a $375 priority charge if you want them to work faster on your behalf. Mine was a usa travel waiver that was time sensitive so when I found out they hadn’t worked on my file since Aug 30, I was upset as time was ticking.I had 7 phone appointments booked with them that they would always cancel the day before so I had no way of reaching anyone. They wouldn’t answer my emails either. I paid out over $1600 for a $960 service that they never provided.Please heed this warning and stay away from this company. There are lots to choose from. Don’t make the mistake I did as I wasn’t able to go on my trip that was booked 1 year later. They make upAbsurd excuses for why they haven’t done their job. Would have given them zero stars.
